2. Wrap a measuring tape around the base of your Adam’s apple (1 inch below it).
3. Place two fingers between the tape and neck for comfort.
4. Wear a well-fitting dress shirt collar if possible while measuring.
Chest Size
1. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your chest at the widest point.
2. Stand in a relaxed posture and breathe out.
Sleeve Length
1. Place the beginning of the tape measure in the middle of your back.
2. Measure to your shoulder.
3. From your shoulder, continue down to your elbow.
4. Finally, down to your wrist.
