Neck Size

1. Stand relaxed, chin in a comfortable position.

2. Wrap a measuring tape around the base of your Adam’s apple (1 inch below it).

3. Place two fingers between the tape and neck for comfort.

4. Wear a well-fitting dress shirt collar if possible while measuring.
